If you’re looking for information and advice about any aspect of fertility, you may want to visit The Fertility Show at London’s Olympia on November 3 and 4. The two-day event features more than sixty seminars on a range of topics covering everything from fertility yoga to the latest technological advances. There will be around 100 exhibitors from around the world including fertility clinics, support networks and complementary therapists as well as fertility resources.
The idea of going to a big event like this aimed at people with fertility problems can seem rather daunting, but one of the best things about The Fertility Show is that everyone there understands what it’s like not being able to conceive. We know that one in six of the population experiences difficulties getting pregnant but it doesn’t always feel that way when it’s happening to you as infertility is often a lonely and isolating business. Going to The Fertility Show can make you realise that you’re not alone and may give you all the help you need to make the right decisions about how to access treatment or support.
I’ll be there all day on Saturday 3 November, talking about how to choose a clinic and chairing a Q and A session with overseas clinics – if you’re there, do come and say hello! You can book tickets and reserve seats for seminars online at www.fertilityshow.co.uk
